Those are nice photos of SDC. Makes me wish I was out there soaking up some fun and sun right now. Growing up in SE MO, visiting the park was as much a part of childhood and summer as snow cones and fireworks. I'm glad my kids are getting to enjoy it too.

Ken Horn's article in the July 8, 2007 concerning Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO is the best article that has ever been printed in the Pentecostal Evangel. This TPE printing is a keeper ! ! ! We attend Silver Dollar City two or three times a year and enjoy very much. Would love to go more if possible. The article gives us knowledge about the Christian people who were pioneers of this wonderful entertainment center that we did not know of previously. Because of this article many may plan to attend in the future. May the park always be as it is now, a place to enjoy and feel the wonderful atmosphere and enjoy the Christian entertainment that is not found in other parks.

My family and I love it at Silver Dollar City. We have never felt as if we were "ripped off" like we have at other amusement parks. I appreciate the fact that the Herschends have physically prayed over each ride at the park.
